It’s sooo good, and you can make it plant based! No need to figure out any conversion.

I have made pepperoni bread for many years. This is the easiest and best tasting recipe yet. Definitely going to be my go to recipe from now on

Emma, thank you!
I’ve only ever made it with pepperoni, but a broccoli stuffed one does sound delicious!

I was thinking of making one pepperoni bread and one broccoli. Have you ever tried the same recipe but with broccoli instead?

Linda, the dough does get cook all the way. If you’re concerned about it being undercooked, I’d recommend loosely covering the whole thing with a piece of aluminum foil after it’s been in the oven for about 20 minutes, and cook it for another 5-10 minutes. That way you’ll make sure that it’s completely baked, and the top won’t burn. Enjoy it!

Some of the pics look like in inside dough might be undercooked & gummy. I do want to try it 🙂
